You can choose a few more interesting styles from our website, or let the specialist suggest and quote for you.
3. Provide Pictures -
After the product style is determined, please provide us with the logo file, text file or photo you want to print (laser engraving). We will first make a synthetic diagram for you to refer to the effect of the actual finished product, and confirm the diagram and printed content with you Production will only be carried out after everything is correct.
For accurate printing (laser engraving) effect, please provide AI file (vector image file) and Pantone color ticket number; if only dot matrix image file (such as JPG, BMP, etc. format) is provided, or Pantone color ticket number is not provided, The professional designers of our company can also handle it, but there may be additional art processing costs. · All cups and bottles have specifications on the product page. Please confirm that they meet the requirements before customizing the service. If the specifications do not meet the requirements, we will not provide return or exchange services.
· Customized cups and bottles are customized products. After the subscript payment is completed and the manuscript is confirmed, the modification and cancellation of the order cannot be accepted. Please place the order carefully.
· If the product is defective, only new products of the same customized product can be replaced.
· Customized cups and bottles do not apply to the seven-day appreciation period. Except for major product defects, refunds and exchanges cannot be applied for.
